Job Title: Omniverse Developer (Contract) 

Location: Remote

Rate: Negotiable based on experience

We are seeking a talented and innovative Omniverse Developer to join our dynamic team at The Imagination Collaborative. In this role, you will harness the power of NVIDIA Omniverse to push the boundaries of our digital twin creations. You will collaborate closely with our Creative Director to ensure our projects achieve the highest level of realism and performance.

What You'll Do: 

• Simulate and craft highly accurate environments, materials, and lighting within Omniverse

• Integrate existing workflows (Blender, Unreal Engine, Vectorworks) into Omniverse and identify opportunities for further optimisation

• Develop and fine-tune 3D models and simulations to elevate our digital twin capabilities

• Script Python automations to streamline processes and enhance efficiency

• Manage and organise 3D assets to ensure they are easily accessible and optimised for performance
   

What You'll Bring: 

• 3+ years of professional experience in a similar role

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Game Development, or a related field preferred

• Proven experience with NVIDIA Omniverse, 3D environments and related 3D tools

• Strong understanding of 3D graphics, including modelling, texturing, shading, and rendering

• Expertise in OpenUSD (Universal Scene Description) and RTX rendering

• Advanced Python scripting skills for automation and custom workflows

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail

• Familiarity with AI tools for animation and texture creation is a plus

• Experience with Digital Twins highly desirable
